I recently posted about an issue I was having with AshSpec performance when trying to order an ECU. After waiting quite some time to receive the part I finally called and requested a refund. As usual, both Nate? and Ash were very polite and had no problem giving me a refund. While speed of service may be a problem, I can understand with the amount of business they recieve and one or two guys can only do so much. I need a clutch a bit more than I need more power because my slips horribly in first and second if I put the hammer down, so that will come before ECU, but he offered a discount on one when I do get around to wanting it. Just wanted to give an update on the situation, great guy and probably great products, just seems he needs to find a helper or two so things can go a bit smoother.
